1. Scope

This policy applies to every product, listing, description, image and promotional text offered on zocards.com, operated by Umbrella Bridge LLC. ZoCards is not an open marketplace: only ZoCards lists products, and individual or third-party sellers cannot publish content on the platform.

2. Permitted content

Officially licensed digital video game products: in-game currency top-ups (for example PUBG Mobile UC or Free Fire diamonds), game keys and platform wallet codes (for example Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).

Closed-loop digital entertainment and app store gift cards and subscriptions (for example Google Play, App Store, Discord Nitro, streaming services).

Every permitted product is single-purpose, redeemable only on the issuing publisher's or platform's own service, and cannot be converted back into cash.

3. Prohibited content and products

Adult and sexually explicit content, including adult webcam or token services (such as Stripchat), pornography and age-restricted adult services.

Cryptocurrency, crypto vouchers and digital asset exchange credit.

Open-loop or reloadable prepaid cards, virtual debit/credit cards, cash-out vouchers, money transfer and e-money products that can be converted into cash.

Gambling, betting, casino, lottery, sweepstakes and other games of chance played for money.

Stolen, pirated, counterfeit, cracked or unauthorized codes, shared or resold accounts, and any product infringing intellectual property.

Weapons, drugs, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and any product or content that is illegal, sanctioned, hateful, violent, or harmful to minors.

4. How we enforce this policy

All products enter our catalog through authorized supplier integrations and are held as pending until a staff member reviews and approves them. Automated catalog rules remove prohibited categories and keywords from sale before they can appear to customers.

We periodically re-review the live catalog. Any item found to breach this policy is removed immediately, and related orders are reviewed.

5. Customer conduct

Customers may not use ZoCards to launder money, evade sanctions, commit fraud or resell products commercially without authorization. See our Acceptable Use Policy and AML Policy.

6. Reporting

To report content you believe breaches this policy, email support@zocards.com. Legal and partner matters: contact@umbrellabridge.net.
